Job Description

We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2019 – 2022 to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Performance-Based Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses based on performance
