Job Title: Processing Operator $21/hour
Shift is: 7am-7pm, 3 days one week, 4 the next.
Job Description
As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for inspecting fresh or processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks. You will place products on processing and packaging conveyor systems, lift and move trays off and onto carts, and load products onto trays. Additionally, you will assist in moving racks and carts of products, pack packaged products into cardboard boxes, and label and seal product cases and cartons. You will also be responsible for cleaning and setting up processing and packaging operations.
Responsibilities
Inspect fresh or processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks.
Place products on processing and packaging conveyor systems.
Lift and move trays off and onto carts.
Load products onto trays.
Assist in moving racks and carts of products.
Pack packaged products into cardboard boxes.
Label and seal product cases and cartons.
Clean and set up processing and packaging operations.
Ensure process and product quality is maintained.
Communicate with team members, other shifts, supervisors, and maintenance as needed.Essential Skills
Experience with production and general processing machinery.
Ability to perform set up and tear down of processing machinery.
Ability to clean and sanitize product processing rooms.
Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a production or processing environment.

Work Environment
The work environment involves frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and loud noise levels. You will also be exposed to various food allergens. The role requires regular standing, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, carrying, lifting, and twisting. You must be able to regularly lift 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
