Job Description:

Responsible for control of work pace, meeting production goals and quality standards

Conducting calibration of machine(s) prior to use and reporting scrap and machine issues in real time

Ensuring inventory is handled properly

Reporting safety issues and providing ideas for ways to improve safety in work area

Requirements:

Outstanding work history demonstrating longevity in positions; prior manufacturing or production experience in high demand

Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in basic-intermediate math, ability to read and interpret engineering spec sheets and drawings a plus, and utilize a tape measure and calipers/micrometers preferred

Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate well with confidence both verbally and through writing skills; a positive attitude is essential for success with this organization

Highly energetic and passionate approach to work with ambition/drive to grow and learn new things

Superior work ethic and strong attendance are required
