Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Environment: Clean and air-conditioned
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team in Elkton, FL. This is a long-term opportunity with benefits, working in a clean and air-conditioned environment. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for wiring up control panels, ensuring all connections are functioning properly, and utilizing basic hand tools and wiring tools such as crimpers and splitters. The role involves working off work instructions to complete assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Wiring Control Panels: Assemble and wire control panels according to specifications and work instructions.
Plugging in Wires: Connect wires accurately and securely to ensure proper functionality.
Checking Connections: Inspect and test connections to verify that everything is functioning correctly.
Utilizing Tools: Use basic hand tools and wiring tools such as crimpers and splitters to complete tasks.
Following Instructions: Work off detailed work instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience with electrical assembly, wiring, and using hand tools and wiring tools.
Skills: Ability to read and follow work instructions, attention to detail, and proficiency with crimpers and splitters.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $22.50/hr.
