As a General Manager, you will lead Residential Dining, Retail Dining, and Catering operations while supporting the development of a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining hall. Responsibilities
Partner with campus stakeholders, client teams, and project managers to support construction progress and communicate updates to leadership.
Maintain a strong campus presence and actively engage with the university community.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Drive financial performance by meeting company and client goals.
Create and implement strategic operational plans.
Ensure full compliance with company standards and best practices.Essential Skills

SchedulingAdditional Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Food Service Director in a high-volume dining environment, preferably in university dining, contract food services, or large-scale catering/event operations.
Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative management style and experience in food service operations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and adapt quickly to changing needs with effective problem-solving.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
Strong client relationship management and solid financial acumen.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
Relocation and Annual Incentive Bonus programs are offered for this exciting career opportunity!
Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience
