Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts Available!

Location: Eagan

Shifts:Multiple shifts available (2nd & 3rd shift openings prioritized)

Compensation:Competitive pay + shift differentials + sign-on bonus

Steel toe boots provided! What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain a variety of advanced production machinery in a clean, climate-controlled industrial printing and bindery environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. ️Essential Skills & Experience:

Industrial Equipment Operation:Skilled in running multiple types of production machinery.

Mechanical Aptitude:Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Lean Manufacturing:Familiarity with continuous improvement processes.

Measurement Tools:Proficient with rulers and other precision tools.

Communication:Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Multi-Machine Operation:Comfortable managing several machines simultaneously. ️Machinery You May Work With:

Perfect binders (up to 40-station collators)

3-knife trimmers, inline boxers, palletizers

Hard-cover casing-in lines

Collating/kitting lines (up to 30 streamfeeder stations)

Packaging/cartoning lines, mail lines

Aster sewing machines, hot foil stampers Document & Safety Skills:

Able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and production orders.

Committed to wearing PPE (steel toe shoes, ear protection, gloves, etc.). Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift 5+ lbs. overhead; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and kneeling. Why You’ll Love Working Here:
