Qualifications:
Certification as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Ability to work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals.
Knowledge of student performance assessments and intervention strategies.
Proficient in maintaining student records and documentation as required.
Responsibilities:
Assist speech-language pathologists in the delivery of treatment plans for students.
Support the educational needs of students with communication disorders.
Implement individual and small group sessions under the guidance of a supervising SLP.
Conduct and document progress on prescribed therapy activities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as available.
