Job Description
Seeking a skilled Industrial Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install industrial machinery and equipment according to blueprints and technical instructions.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
Operate welding machines and other fabrication equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Proficiency in mechanical assembly and machine operation.
Experience with wiring and electrical assembly.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.
Experience in industrial and light industry production.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor tasks.
Familiarity with assembly line processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philomath, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
