We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our night shift team. The role involves working in various departments such as Cutting, Packaging, and Recycling, focusing on foam products. Candidates will be responsible for meeting specific customer requirements and must be proficient in using a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch. The ability to lift over 50 lbs. and operate a box knife is essential.
Responsibilities
Utilize a tape measure accurately to the 1/16th of an inch.
Work closely with foam materials to meet specific customer requirements.
Perform duties in the Cutting, Packaging, and Recycling departments.
Operate tools such as box knives and saws.
Lift, push, and pull products weighing over 50 lbs.Essential Skills
Proficiency in using a tape measure.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Basic math skills including counting accurately to 48.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Any work experience with long tenure from a previous job is preferred.

Work Environment
Our facility features a large manufacturing floor with two main product lines. The temperature is maintained at 70 ree; year-round. Expect an active warehouse with forklifts, running machines, and various foam styles. Be prepared for a strong smell of plastic and poly combination.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
