ROLE TITLE: MACHINE OPERATORResponsibilities
Operate production machinery according to established procedures.
Calibrate computer systems to ensure accurate machine settings and operations.
Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.
Monitor product quality and compliance with specifications, conducting necessary quality tests.
Report any defects, anomalies, or malfunctions to the operator or supervisor.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Support the operator in daily tasks, including adjustments, machine startups, and regular operations.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and disposal of rejected products.

The pay range for this position is $57630.00 - $68157.00/yr.
In a steady growing industry (turning recycled product into cardboard boxes). Many employees/supervisors moved from one of their northern plants o the Richmond Plant. Will have a steady supervising unit.
