Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

Join a family-owned company that specializes in producing precision machined components and assemblies for the automotive, truck, and bus industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist for our day shift operations.

Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC machines.

Perform quality inspections using micrometers, digital calipers, gauges, and other tools.

Produce various parts including spindles, piston shafts, shackle bolts, fasteners, and axle spacers.

Work with machines such as Fuji, Samsung, Miyano, Okuma lathes, and Cincinnati boring mills.Essential Skills

3-5 years of CNC machining experience, including short and long-run jobs.

Proficiency in lathe operations with at least one year of experience.

Ability to setup and operate CNC machines.

Quality-driven mindset with experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with machine setup and operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Shelby Township, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
