Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Description

This role is centered around the shipment of goods, involving tasks such as picking, packing, and processing orders. Prior experience with RF scanners is preferred, and the role requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods while lifting moderate to heavy materials throughout the day. Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders to complete their tasks.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack goods for shipment.

Process orders accurately and efficiently.

Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

Navigate Microsoft Office and web applications as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse according to 5S systems.Essential Skills

3+ months of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.

Proficiency with RF scanners or ability to navigate Microsoft Office.

Ability to stoop, and consistently lift 30-50 pounds throughout the day.

Comfortable climbing ladders up to 8 feet.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in inventory management and shipping.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean warehouse environment with active forklift and pallet jack traffic. The facility utilizes 5S systems with clearly marked work areas and equipment storage. The standard attire includes steel toe boots. The shift runs from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
