What You Bring:

5+ years of residential carpentry experience

Your own tools and a reliable work truck/van

Valid drivers license and insurance

Strong attention to detail and job site cleanliness

Excellent customer communication and reliability

Ability to pass a background check (no major felonies)

Typical Projects You'll Handle:

Finish carpentry: trim, baseboards, crown molding

Cabinet installation and modification

Framing, drywall, and general woodwork

Deck repairs and builds

Interior/exterior door installs and adjustments

Light remodeling projects
