Details:

Salary range is between $110K-$140K + 15% bonus.

The Controller will be the highest-level accounting and finance professional for the company, reporting into the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the entire accounting and finance operations for the company.

Supervise general accounting staff.

Prepare revenue recognition schedules, including monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition, in accordance with ASC 606.

Ensure adherence to ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

Improve and oversee reporting processes

Handle the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare financial statements and handle financial reporting.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting alongside owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree is preferred but work equivalency will suffice.

Small to mid-size company experience is a plus but not required.

Must have experience with ASC 606.

At least 5+ years of experience, with at least two year of experience at the accounting manager level or higher.

Experience fully managing the closing process and reporting.
