Job Description

In this role, candidates will be responsible for tracking inventory as it enters and exits the warehouse. They will utilize SAP for tracking equipment, although prior experience with SAP is helpful but not mandatory. Cross-training into another area will be necessary to ensure timely processing of parts using Excel, requiring proficiency in basic functions such as filters. Heavy computer usage is involved, and candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs while carrying parts.

Responsibilities

Track inventory using SAP and Excel.

Monitor equipment and parts for timely processing.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.

Cross-train in areas to ensure efficient parts processing.

Lift and carry parts up and down stairs.

Expedite shipping and receiving processes.

Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.Essential Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic functions.

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Competency in data entry and computer usage.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Previous experience with warehouse inventory tracking.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse setting, requiring candidates to be on their feet for a full 8-hour shift. Available shifts include 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30), 6th shift (Mon-Thurs 15:00-1:30), 7th shift (Fri-Sun 6:00-18:00), and 8th shift (Fri-Sun 18:00-6:00). Lunch breaks are scheduled, and candidates have the option to work additional hours during the week to achieve a 40-hour workweek on certain shifts. The environment supports a consistent schedule for those opting for extra hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
