Job Description
The Resin Mixer role prioritizes personal safety and requires a clear understanding of safety processes and procedures. You will monitor and evaluate process variables, sample results, and make adjustments to maintain optimum control, efficiency, and safety. This position involves analyzing problems or deviations and ensuring timely corrective actions are taken. Additionally, you will assist in other areas within the department as needed, while monitoring computers and reactors and providing detailed written communication for data and documentation.
Responsibilities
Ensure personal safety by adhering to safety processes and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate process variables and sample results.
Make necessary changes or corrections to maintain optimum control, efficiency, and safety.
Analyze problems or deviations and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
Assist in other areas within the department as needed.
Monitor computers and reactors.
Provide detailed written communication for data and documentation.Essential Skills
Proficiency in chemical handling and machine operation.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with resin utilities and computer operating systems.
Knowledge of production processes and forklift operation.
Mechanical aptitude.Additional Skills & Qualifications
General labor and assembly skills.
Experience in mixing, plastic, and machine operating.
Understanding of compounding and chemical manufacturing.
Competency in computer skills and data entry.Work Environment
The Resin Mixer role involves working in a hot, physical environment, including tasks that require going up and down stairs. The position requires computer skills and an understanding of reactors, chemical safety, and operational procedures.

This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43000.00 - $43000.00/yr.
Starting: $20.50, 1 Year $21.75,
Top out at progression year 3: $24.50
Full line of Medical Benefits, 401k, company matches 3.5 on an employee's contribution of 6%
Paid leave: 80 hours of accrued vacation
