Qualifications:
Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective psychological practices
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
Cultural petency and mitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff
Provide short-term counseling and psychological interventions
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
Crisis intervention and support for students and staff
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
