Job Title: Machine Operator

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM

Pay Rate: $28.63/hour to start

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team. You will be responsible for making necessary repairs and building machines, utilizing precise measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Your tasks will include measuring and cutting steel test plates for the pipe mill side, operating older CNC machines, and using manual equipment. You will operate and maintain various machinery including beveling machines, drill presses, and welding machines. Additionally, you will be involved in pipe milling duties, cross-training on sub-arc welding, and handling over-head crane operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery such as beveling machines, drill presses, shears, and welding machines.

Perform pipe milling duties and cross-train on sub-arc welding.

Run a milling machine proficiently to create test samples with extreme tolerances.

Operate large bandsaws for cutting sample pieces.

Lift or move finished products using a crane in the welding area.

Align, fit, and tack parts to complete full units for the steel.

Set up and operate fabrication machines for full assembly of the steel.

Follow procedures to identify and report non-conforming conditions/products/materials.

Accurately record activities as required by procedures.

The pay range for this position is $56992.00 - $56992.00/yr.

Metatarsal Reimbursement

All major holidays paid- must work day before or day after

$20 per pay roughly for benefits
