Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Specialist with strong experience in inventory control within a production work environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipping, as well as proficiency in cycle counting and inventory tracking software.
Responsibilities
Oversee inventory and schedule products efficiently.
Pick products for shipment and work orders.
Manage the overall shipping/receiving area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels, ensuring order accuracy.
Record items taken from inventory and fulfill orders.
Wrap or pack goods in shipping containers.
Address and label packages, compute freight or postal rates, and record shipment weight and cost.
Inspect receipts for accuracy in part numbers and quantities.
Deliver receipts to the warehouse team.
Dispose or reuse packing materials.
Schedule trucks for delivery.
Execute Committed Items Report.Essential Skills
High School education or GED.
3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting within a production environment.
Knowledge of RF Gun, ERP, and shipping software.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with USP and FedEx Shipping.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and operates under lean manufacturing principles. You will be part of a team of 50+ automation professionals, initially managing half the team before taking over the entire group.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
