Job Details

The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations by managing multi-entity accounting functions, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and assisting with financial reporting to management. This individual will help streamline processes, build systems, and oversee reconciliations, analysis, and reporting related to accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-entity general ledger accounting, including inter-company account reconciliation, financial variance analysis, and responding to audit requests.

Assist in developing and enforcing internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures.

Provide support to employees, vendors, clients, and customers with inquiries related to accounts and services.

Oversee financial accounts, payroll, budgets, cash receipts, and assets.

Lead month-end close processes, quarterly reviews, and year-end audits as needed.

Conduct monthly analysis of recurring transactions and work with teams to estimate month-end accruals.

Assist in GAAP conversion and ensure compliance, including the implementation of new accounting systems.

Perform daily cash reconciliations and deposits, allocating income for various locations.

Oversee accounts receivable reconciliation and ensure timely payments.

Complete ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
