Job Title: Factory Workers – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – $15–$20 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

Job Description:

Join our team as a Factory Worker! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll be involved in both production and warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing orders using an RF scanner

Reading and following work orders accurately

Operating pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently

Assembling wire harnesses (automotive knowledge is a plus)

Operating basic production machinery and equipment

Performing routine quality checks to ensure product standards

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in both factory production and logistics!

Shift and Pay:

1st shift:5:45 AM – 6:00 PM (2 on, 3 off / 3 on, 2 off) – $15–$20 per hour

2nd shift:2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, with overtime until 1:00 AM (10 hours/day & every other Saturday) – $15–$20 per hour

3rd shift:8:15 PM – 6:30 AM (10 hours/day with every other Friday, typical shift is Sunday–Friday) – $15–$20 per hour

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who:

Have a recent work history

Show a willingness to learn and stay motivated

Can stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Are comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment

Have experience or interest in machine operation (a plus, but not required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
