Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Technician in Harmony, NC, contributing to the creation of medical RVs designed to serve patients in rural areas who have limited access to hospitals. You will play a vital role in wiring and preparing these vehicles, such as blood drive RVs, Mobile PET Scan RVs, and Breast Cancer screening RVs, for the road. This position requires comprehensive electrical experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Wire up gear boxes and motors with 480 volts.
Navigate ergonomically tight spaces, requiring bending, squatting, and reaching.
Follow specifications and drawings to assemble and wire gutted RVs.
Work with blueprints or schematics to ensure proper assembly.
Undergo approximately 90 days of training to become comfortable working independently.
Complete an RV from start to finish within 12-15 weeks.Essential Skills
Electrical experience.
Ability to read blueprints.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Experience in wiring and pulling wires.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled environment, which can be hot during the summer and cool in the winter. The role involves first shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harmony, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
