Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, leading a team, and ensuring efficient material handling processes in alignment with our global procedures.
Responsibilities
Strategically manage warehouse inventory and operations in compliance with company policies and updated global procedures.
Manage a team of supervisors and warehouse operators according to global procedures.
Coordinate and monitor the materials module in the ERP system (SAP) alongside warehouse supervisors and operators.
Ensure on-time delivery of production material requirements by implementing processes that maximize operational efficiency and safety.
Identify and escalate material shortage issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Lead and supervise annual physical inventory and cycle counting processes to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound deliveries with external warehouses, vendors, and customers.
Lead non-conforming materials logistics for prompt resolution.
Guarantee timely delivery of materials for manufacturing changes on current projects.
Assist in setting up materials handling layouts to ensure efficient space utilization and smooth assembly activities.
Act as the accountable person for warehouse operations during internal and external audits on inventory, quality standards, and EHS.
Support the accounting department with goods received and resolve receiving discrepancies.
Manage material reviews for prompt disposition of obsolete, non-conforming, or maintenance-required inventory.
Direct and supervise employees in warehouse operations.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warehouse management within the manufacturing industry.
Minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role supervising supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse operators.
Proficient in SAP Materials Management Module as a key user.
Strong personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in SAP production planning and quality modules.
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
Proactive and enthusiastic about deal management in complex projects.
Effective communication skills in a multicultural environment.
Result-oriented approach with autonomy and an open mind.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under continuous pressure and prioritize work effectively.
Relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.

Available for short business travels.

Work Environment
This position operates within a warehouse and production environment. Employees are occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and the noise level is typically loud. The role requires physical activity, including walking, standing, sitting, and lifting. The standard shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $97336.00 - $115000.00/yr.
