Job Title: Lead CNC Machinist
Job Description
Responsible for handling tasks such as editing programs, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. They are responsible for designing fixtures, recommending tooling, and ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, they play a leadership role by mentoring machinists, collaborating with the production manager, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires experience with both Mills and Lathes.
Responsibilities
Edit programs, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
Design fixtures and recommend tooling to ensure optimal performance
Mentor machinists and provide guidance on best practices
Collaborate with the production manager to meet production goals
Maintain and ensure adherence to quality standardsEssential Skills
Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes
Proficiency in CNC machining and manual machining
Ability to supervise and mentor other machinistsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Manual Machining experience is a huge plus
Tooling experience is nice but not required

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring comfortable working conditions. The shift hours are from 4:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
