Job Description
This position is a 1st shift role with the internal job title of Tech 2. The working hours are 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. During the initial six months of the contract, you will train to learn the entirety of the wire department. This includes understanding prints, parts, processes, and the employees, as well as what is expected from a lead. Once hired directly, you will take on more of a leadership role, ensuring production timelines are met.

Work Environment
The facility is clean, with manual labor involving lifting up to 40 lbs. The environment is super casual, requiring shirts with sleeves, shorts or pants without holes, and steel-toe boots. You may wear headphones, with one earbud, during work. Safety glasses and gloves are provided if needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
