Job Description
Join a dynamic team to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. This is a unique 12-week opportunity to make a significant contribution to clean energy initiatives.
Responsibilities
Operate various equipment and tools while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Perform quality checks.
Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Capable of following detailed instructions.
Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.
Strong focus on attitude and willingness to improve.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly, hand tools, production, mechanical and power tools.
Wiring and electronic assembly skills.
Crimping, cable, blueprint, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a state-of-the-art facility in Everett, WA, featuring a cleanroom and a new warehouse with strict security due to the high sensitivity of this startup environment. Work shifts are Monday to Friday with optional overtime, with the first shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and the second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Bunny suit and gloves are required when working in the cleanroom.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.
