Job Title: Hardware Operator $19-$24/hr
Job Description
The Hardware Operator is responsible for ensuring that specified hardware is installed in the correct location using a print. This involves positioning, aligning, and bolting specified die over the anvil and ram of the machine, and positioning fixtures in the machine bed. The role includes preparing a pick list for required hardware to subtract from inventory, adjusting depth and pressure limit of ram stroke, and delivering the first piece to inspection for verification of dimensions and hardware location.
Responsibilities
Align holes of workpieces with the anvil of the machine.
Position pems or hardware with holes in workpieces over an anvil or against fixtures.
Depress pedal to lower ram that inserts the pem or hardware into the workpieces.
Fill hopper with pems or hardware when operating semiautomatic machines.Essential Skills

Work Environment
The Hardware Department is located next to the Press Brakes and Turrets, along with the Quality Department. Candidates must be proficient in using blueprints and be willing to assist in other areas. The job offers 1st shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 2:00am.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Full-time
