Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled professional specializing in school psychology. This contract position is located in Sterling Heights, MI, within a K-12 educational setting, and runs for the school year from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role is focused on providing psychological support and assessment services to students across various grade levels.
Qualifications:
Valid school psychology certification or licensure.
Master's degree or higher in school psychology or a related field.
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in assessment and intervention.
Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and best practices.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral and psychological interventions.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed.
