job summary:
Seeking an experienced project manager to support key, high profile, fast paced, complex Digital Medicine programs and projects, including the Decentralized Clinical Trials project and The PARC program, a national, patient-facing cardiovascular health platform.
Location/Schedule/Shift: Remote - must be available for meetings between 7AM-6 PM PT. Must be flexible across time zones. One on-site workshop in Thousand Oaks, CA, scheduled for September.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and facilitate meetings
Agenda creation, risk identification, change management
Coordinate across multiple workstreams
Report functionally to a senior project leader
The PARC Website - Patient-facing Cardiovascular Site
External-facing public health site
Responsibilities:
Traditional PM tasks (minutes, scheduling, risk tracking)
Budget and vendor management
Serve as liaison between internal strategy leads and third-party vendors
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA or PMP certification preferred, but not mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of project / program management experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
Experience supporting clinical trial operations. Experience with decentralized trials (DCT) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and vendors
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Comfortable working in matrixed environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with an urgent need to fill, supporting two enterprise-level initiatives, including a national patient-facing health platform.
