ENA offers a flexible hybrid work schedule that allows employees the opportunity to work from the office two days a week and at home three days a week. We are headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for the development of materials for both: print (collateral, advertising, signage, exhibit display) and video (video post-production/editing, digital images, video animation and textual animation). This position also works closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization in the development of multimedia communications that enhance the sales of products while establishing, reinforcing, and expanding the Emergency Nurses Association brand image.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for telling the ENA brand story and member stories through video, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Independently oversees marketing and branded video pre-production, post-production and editing.
Independently oversees the creative design and production of print and digital collateral for various association events or initiatives.
The Multimedia Designer works alongside the Senior Director, Brand, Marketing and Creative Strategy to help grow the video capabilities of the creative team.
Ensures consistent execution of the visual branding message of the ENA organization throughout all media.
Serves as the secondary contact or primary contact with production vendors as needed.
Contributes to the workplace culture that is consistent with the association’s culture statement and emphasizes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Displays a high level of accountability, taking responsibility for individual actions and the impact on the organization. Views oneself as a reflection of the organization by following through on commitments and accepting ownership.
Performs additional related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in, multimedia design or related creative fields
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects), and entire Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
Ability to interface with staff and external relationships in a professional manner
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position is an exempt/salaried position. The targeted salary range is $73,640 - $92,050 annually. Compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including experience, education, certifications or specialized training, skill level and operational needs.
