Job Title: General Laborer – Mountain Concrete Prep & Hauling

Location: Aspen, CO (Remote Mountain Radar Site)

Job Type: Temporary Project-Based

Compensation: $20-$25/hr

About the Role:

We're seeking hard-working, reliable General Laborers to support the installation of concrete pads for air conditioning units at a remote radar site atop a mountain outside Aspen, CO. This is physically demanding outdoor work in a unique, high-altitude location. You’ll be part of a small, skilled team building infrastructure in support of critical communications and defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual excavation and trenching for concrete pad foundations

Site preparation, grading, and cleanup

Hauling and staging materials and tools to the work zone

Assisting with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing support

Supporting HVAC and electrical crews as needed on-site

Maintaining safety and cleanliness of worksite

Requirements:

Prior general labor or construction experience preferred

Comfortable working outdoors in varying mountain weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Reliable transportation to/from staging location in Aspen
