Job Description
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Manage customer emails by responding in a timely and courteous manner to ensure customer needs are met
Greet and assist customers and clients in a friendly and helpful manner upon their arrival at the office
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, answering phone calls and emails, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a welcoming office environment
Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies to better assist customers
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Your own reliable transportation
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8AM - 5 PM
