We are currently recruiting for experienced and motivated Landscaping Technicians to join our client’s team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering year-round employment with competitive pay. The role includes landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. Training on equipment is provided in a supportive team environment.

Location: Camp Hill

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (additional hours during peak season; snow removal as needed)

Pay:

Landscaping: $18-$23/hour based on experience

Snow Removal: $23-$35/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping duties: mowing, weed control, trimming, and cleanups.

Assist with enhancements: mulching, planting, seeding, and topsoil application.

Handle snow removal: operate plows, blowers, and shovels.

Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chain saws, and tillers.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Interact with clients professionally.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Landscaping or snow plowing experience is a plus but not required.

Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Healthcare, PTO, and holiday pay available after 90 days.
