Your impact

Audit current screens and user flows, and suggest improvements.

Design high-fidelity canvas interfaces, drill-downs, and views to visualize needles in a haystack of billions of data points.

Extend design system—icons, data-visual patterns, motion—to fit Trust & Safety needs.

Iterate rapidly with engineers and ML researchers; ship implementation-ready Figma files on tight cycles.

You bring

5–8 years designing complex, data-rich web apps or internal tools.

End-to-end skills: research, IA, interaction, visual, motion.

Mastery of Figma, SVG/icon workflows, streaming responses, React/Tailwind a plus.

Track record turning ambiguous, technical problem spaces into polished products—fast.

Bonus: experience with security, fraud, observability, or Trust & Safety tooling.

Crisp communication and a collaborative mindset.

Logistics

Duration: 12 weeks, full-time (~40 hrs/week)

Location: Remote-friendly; minimum 3 hrs overlap with US Central/Pacific time
