Experienced Loader Operator (joystick control)

Job Description

Salary: $25-$27

We are currently accepting applications for Experienced Loader Operators (980, joystick control) near the Chesterfield, VA, area.

Even though this is predicted to be a 2 month project, IT IS a great opportunity to become a part of a very well-respected company.

Must be OSHA 10 Certified (we cover the course)

A Loader Operator typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Unloading/ Loading materials to/from trucks, rail cars, trailers or other equipment.

Loading and unloading materials using front end loaders, or other equipment used on site.

Inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear, malfunctions, or damage, and repairing or replacing parts as necessary

Move materials such as rocks, coal, sand, gravel, and scrap metal to stockpile them for future use.

Operating equipment to lift heavy objects such as steel beams or pipes from one location to another.

Performing other tasks as instructed by supervisors, including maintaining equipment following all OSHA regulations, and conducting inspections of machinery.
