Physical Therapist - Westerville Post Acute

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled nursing facility in Myrtle Point, OR, offering full-time, part-time, on-call, and PRN shifts, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Provide person-centered care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Supervise support staff and assist in training new team members.
