FT Clinician (LYNC)

Seeking a competent RN in Medsurg or Telemetry to provide independent, routine, and complex patient care based on treatment plans.

Demonstrates proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation using the nursing process.

Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.

Utilizes critical thinking, ensures safety, manages patient flow, and coordinates unit operations.

Maintains compliance with clinical policies, health information systems, and medical equipment standards.

Requires BSN (preferred), 2+ years Medsurg/Telemetry experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within 30 days).

Full-time role with flexible scheduling; promotes quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
