Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Purpose: The PET/CT Technologist provides high-quality diagnostic imaging to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, prioritizing patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities: Review requisitions, prepare equipment, screen patients, explain procedures, position patients, and ensure proper test preparation. Enter exam data into systems, review image quality, and maintain department standards. Assist with facility and equipment maintenance, send images to cloud systems, and perform PET/CT duties as needed.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or related program; PET/CT training preferred. 1-3 years of PET/CT experience desirable. Must be self-motivated, adhere to policies, and maintain attendance.

Physical/mental: Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, work under pressure with high accuracy, and lift up to 40 lbs. Good manual dexterity, vision, speech, and hearing are essential.
