MIG Welder / Fabricator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced MIG Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures using a variety of tools and techniques. Read blueprints, prepare materials, perform welds in multiple positions, and inspect final work for quality and safety. This is a Direct Hire position.

Shift: 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.

Pay: $18 to $25 depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Set up and weld components per specifications

Use grinders, saws, and measuring tools

Inspect and test welds

Maintain equipment and follow safety standards

Requirements:

Proven MIG welding experience

Basic hand tools required

TIG and MMA experience a plus

Ability to read technical drawings

Completion of welding apprenticeship required

AWS certification preferred
