We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at the Self Service Office (SSO) in West Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
Help direct customers to the right services in the office
Assist customers in using Self Service Terminals (SSTs)
Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site BMV staff
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our Customer Care and SST support teams
Keep your supervisor informed about recurring problems or service needs
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, upbeat personality and a passion for helping people
Willingness to learn about BMV operations (we’ll train you!)
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
