Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to teach future JDNOs to effectively plan and manage a Joint Data Network (JDN) to enhance the commanders situational awareness and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Teach Joint Data Network Officers (JDNOs) the concepts of current/future technical aspects of the Joint Data Network and how it will be integrated and synchronized to align with policy, planning, and commanders guidance.

Integration: Incorporate CJADC2 concepts into current and future JDNO lessons

Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future Joint Data Network requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and incorporate into lessons.

Presentations: Prepare and teach JDNO lessons.

Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required.

What We Require:

Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum SECRET clearance.

Experience: Masters degree with a minimum of 4 years experience, or Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years experience

What We Desire:

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in at least one (1) of the five domains; and

Knowledge of how JDNO will serve as an enabler of JADC2 principles and leveraged to support the C2 in JADC2 by all five domains

At least 3 years of strategic/planning/execution experience

At least 3 years of operational/planning/execution

At least 3 years of experience with equipment that supports the Joint Data Network cell to enable/support Joint All Domain operations

Understanding of Joint Command & Control (C2) Organizations

At least 2 years experience in the Joint Data Network (JDN) operational mission

Knowledge of and experience with performing functional area training

Knowledge and experience on the different types of displays used in JDN operations

Knowledge of JDN organizational design
