We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative to support our sales team and drive inbound and outbound communications that lead to vehicle sales.Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, internet leads, and appointment scheduling

Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries

Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication throughout the process

Set appointments for the sales team and confirm customer showings

Maintain CRM database with accurate and up-to-date customer information

Achieve and exceed performance goals including contact, appointment, and sales conversion rates

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaignsQualifications:

Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive industry preferred

Excellent phone and written communication

Understanding of the luxury automotive market and customer expectations

Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and digital communication tools

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

Must be able to collaborate with team members effectively

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredWe Offer:
