IV Infusion Technician – PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time
Location: Northwest Arkansas (Rogers and Fayetteville)
Position Type: $25/hour + tips and commissions
Reports To: Clinic Director / Assistant Clinic DirectorAbout the Role
As an IV Technician at IV Nutrition, you are the front line of delivering high-impact, science-backed wellness care. Your skill in administering IVs and IM injections ensures our clients receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatments that restore energy, boost immunity, and improve overall health.
This role is perfect for a licensed Paramedic, or Nurse with strong IV skills and a heart for people-first care. You’ll work directly with patients every day, making sure they feel safe, heard, and supported throughout their wellness journey. You’ll also play a key support role to the Clinic Director and Assistant Director—helping the clinic run smoothly and efficiently. Our Vision & Culture

As an IV Tech, you’ll embody these values in every patient interaction.Who You Are
A licensed EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN with strong IV insertion skills
Certified in IV Therapy and current on CPR/BLS
Friendly, confident, and professional in high-paced settings
Known for your excellent bedside manner and clear communication

Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and confidently
Monitor patients during treatment to ensure safety and comfort
Educate clients about their therapies, supplements, and next steps
Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and documentation standards
Clinic Operations
Prepare IV drips and manage daily treatment flow
Track inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Collaborate with leadership to meet daily goals and maintain a smooth clinic experience
Customer Experience
Greet clients warmly and build strong, trust-based relationships
Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every appointment
Address questions or concerns with empathy and professionalismQualifications
Current licensure: EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN
IV Certification and proven ability to start IVs with ease
CPR/BLS certified
1+ year of clinical or field experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
