What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Production Worker who is adaptable, efficient, and resourceful to support operations in achieving customer deliveries at our Ontario location. What you will do:

Work as part of a production team to assemble packaging parts ensuring a consistent, efficient, quality product with high attention to detail

Organize various packaging materials on tables, racks or bins to ensure an orderly and clean work space

Assemble packaging parts manually using proper tools and machinery in a safe manner

Work as a team or individually

Receive and manage raw materials for product processing and

packaging

Follow both written and verbal instructions to accurately gather raw materials, execute production to produce quality finished goods

Perform rework, material bonding, labeling actives, boxing, palletizing and inspection of in process and finished products on a daily basis

Follow all safety procedures and work to continuously improve safety throughout the plant and ensure timely and regular safety training goals are met

Complete regular inspection of equipment and maintain a clean and neat work area

Assist team members as needed or directed

Maintain housekeeping standards and perform cleaning as assigned

Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements

Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

3 months of experience in manufacturing, production or similar industries

Ability to use and read a tape measure with speed and accuracy

Basic high school math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement

Basic computer skills, use of mouse, typing and basic applications preferred

Able to read and follow instructions on master design document or drawings

Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines

Must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment in alignment with company culture and values

Must have ability to understand and carry out instructions issued
