Client Introduction Specialist

Job Description

Salary: $50,000-$55,000

THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXPERIENCE AND A SERIES 65 LICENSE.

What Winning Looks Like:

Timely and effective communication with clients, Client Service Specialists, and Advisors.

Schedule prospect appointments: follow-up on leads, input prospect information in the CRM, schedule confirm emails.

This involves interviewing prospective clients by phone and determining the service offering that best fits their needs. It also entails gathering information, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Track and report the prospect-to-client journey.

Attending in-person educational workshops and other client events as scheduled.

Participate in the development of the overall client service experience.

Proactively maintain a strong knowledge of industry and company systems.

Education and Experience

High school or equivalent diploma.

5 years or more in the financial services industry.

Required licensure: Series 65

Physical Requirements:

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle or feel equipment, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors with

prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer but may be required to work outdoors for events. The noise level in the office is minimal.

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 annually + goal-driven profit sharing + benefits
