Job Summary
The Shared Services Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for payroll-related processing for employees in the United States & Canada.
Job Location
This is a hybrid role in the Atlanta, GA office.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and complete payroll processing of US & Canada. This includes entering and maintaining employee information, hours and/or earnings for payrolls, auditing the information entered and distributing payments to employees
Special pay processing such as Bonus and RSU and other offcycle needs
Serve as an escalation point for payroll, reporting, and system issues
Understanding of federal, state, and provincial regulations related to salaries, wages, taxes, benefits, and other payroll related matters required
Provide final payroll reports on a weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly basis
Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities
Resolve escalated/complex issues that require managerial intervention or involve other process areas
Support audits as necessary-Internal, external, and corporate
Strong math and computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including the ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Create and maintain complex reports from Workday and other systems
Provide Workday training for new hires and internal partners
Create earnings/deductions codes and map to the appropriate GL account Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. An appropriate combination of education and work experience will be considered
Hands on and strong knowledge/experience with Workday Payroll
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word)
Minimum of 3 years supporting and troubleshooting payroll issues in a multi-entity, multi-state organization in Workday
Candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and ability to interact with field personnel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
CPP preferred
