Compensation: $53,000 - $65,000 Base + Bonus (up to $25,000 annually)

What You'll Do

Lead by example by actively participating in service during all operating hours

Coordinate and lead pre-shift team meetings to drive engagement and focus

Deliver excellent guest experiences that drive repeat business and increased check averages

Hire, train, and develop front- and back-of-house team members

Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and food & beverage programs

Monitor labor targets and manage scheduling for profitability and efficiency

Build lasting relationships with regular guests and the local community What You Bring

2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-food GM level)

Proven ability to lead and develop hourly team members

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High energy, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning

Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational controls

Passion for hospitality, food quality, and delivering top-notch service Why Join Us

Half-day schedule every other week (two 5-day and two 4.5-day weeks per 4-week period)
