Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Project Manager to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them. Very healthy pipeline of both past and present projects Qualifications:

Professional Engineer License required

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

5-10+ years of experience in land development/site design and permitting

Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing/industrial and/or office developments

Understand and implement jurisdictional requirements and PA municipal planning process

Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as proficiency in Hydraflow and/or HydraCAD

Self-starter who can work independently and with team members (help department manager with running projects)

Excellent written, communication and organization skills

Business Development/Marketing experience is always a plus! Job Description/Duties:

Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research

Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis

Assist junior engineers with designs

Preparation of E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs

Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design

Verification of site work construction cost estimates

Coordination & written correspondence with clients, counsel, jurisdictions, utilities and contractors

Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
