What You’ll Do:

Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and making product recommendations.

Provide outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same.

Train and guide staff to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department.

Execute merchandising directives and planograms provided by the Merchandising Manager.

Stay informed about farm and ranch fashion trends and share insights with customers and the team.

Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.

Work with the store manager to meet and exceed sales goals.What We’re Looking For:

A results-driven sales associate with a strong customer-first mindset.

Retail experience, preferably in apparel—leadership experience is a plus!

A strong communicator with excellent people skills.

Passion for clothing and an eye for style—farm and ranch fashion knowledge is a bonus.

Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working on your feet.
