DevSecOps Engineer - Cyber Security Architecture

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Are you a DevOps professional who's passionate about security, automation, and code quality? We're expanding our cybersecurity architecture team in Pittsburgh and looking for a DevSecOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of development, security, and operations.

What You'll Do

As a critical member of our team, you'll:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security integration and code quality.

Use tools like SonarQube, Defendbot, and Git (GitLab/Git Repository) to ensure secure, clean, and efficient code delivery.

Conduct vulnerability scans and leverage AI-based remediation tools to proactively manage threats.

Propose process improvements to optimize delivery and reduce technical debt.

Engage with the team during scheduled working sessions and collaborative office hours. What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience setting up projects in Git from scratch and integrating with SonarQube.

A mindset focused on process improvement, automation, and secure coding practices.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Comfort proposing and implementing new tools or workflows for better efficiency and quality.

Years of experience? Less important than your ability to demonstrate real, effective DevSecOps practices.
